This is a more general practice for all women of all ages, but can be tailored to provide specific guidance for your unique health needs or stage of life. About Our Courses
Every course that is offered via Elements Rising Meditation Center & Studio is structured to include:
Breathe: Breathing Practices are always provided as the foundational thread that weaves all other practices together. In yoga we refer to these practices as “pranayama”, however in my opinion “Breath is Life” and so often a very basic approach to healthy breathing is provided to support your health and mindful lifestyle.
Move: Yoga asanas are the postures that are most often provided via these courses. You may learn more about yoga on my website: www.elements-rising.com. Somatic movements or practices are also included in some lessons, yet this is just a fancy way of saying that we want to “feel” what it is like to be moving and alive, living in our bodies and moving from a felt and intentional sense of being ALIVE!
BE. The ultimate goal is to BE at peace with the fluctuations and occurrences of living life, through the joys, changes and challenges… this is our ultimate goal… to just BE! We can lump the formal lessons that point us in the direction of “being” as meditation or mindfulness practices. Sometimes these will take the form of mentorship or coaching style experiences. These are derived from personal experiences and studies that I have found meaningful, often passed along via many teachers of yoga, energy work and life that I have studied with and found inspiration. I honor those teachers and teachings best when I pass these lessons on to you so that you may spread more peace and wellness into the world.The Independent version of these courses may be used as a stand alone practice, appropriate for students with some prior knowledge of yoga and meditation. In purchasing this program, you accept responsibility for your approaching these practices independently and as the expert of your own body and mind. Please be mindful and only do what feels safe and appropriate for your current health status.

The Independent Version of this course may be used as a stand alone practice, appropriate for students with some prior knowledge of yoga and meditation. Integrative Version of this course is what I highly recommend - this version of the course may be paired with a guided private session, in studio, for an additional fee. There is no substitute for the guidance of a mentor or teacher on your yoga journey. If you choose to work through this program alone, please do so with the understanding that some topics and lessons may not provide the full instructional support that you could benefit from and you may reach out for additional support and instruction at anytime. I am passionate about education and supporting you in obtaining more moments of peace in your everyday life!
The Teacher Edition of these courses includes 3 Credit Course with Yoga Alliance and includes the right to share and use content provided and includes additional requirements be met. This option is recommended for continuing education for all yoga teachers and serious students of yoga who want to go “deeper”.
