SMALL GROUP WELLNESS:

Creating a small group integrative wellness offering is a powerful way to bring your family or friends together for shared healing, personal growth, bonding and community support. These sessions are designed to create both individual transformation and group connection. Each session is co-designed by you and fully customizable, but would likely look like a guided program or experience, that blends multiple wellness modalities:

  • mind-body practices like: yoga, breath work and meditation

  • energy healing with one another taking turns as the healer and recipient, and myself as the facilitator

  • emotional/spiritual work: journaling, intuitive crafting, a group mandala design

  • labyrinth walking meditation experience
